Outpatient Behavioral Health and Primary Care Services: Our Leominster Counseling Center Outpatient Behavioral Health and Primary Care Services specialize in caring and professional services for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Outpatient care might include individual, family or group psychotherapy, psychiatric services, medication management, wellness services, crisis management, or case management.
The Outpatient Team includes psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists and mental health counselors trained and experienced in the care of those with serious mental health conditions. We work closely with primary care physicians, area hospitals and inpatient programs, and the Department of Mental Health to coordinate care. Services are available in Spanish, and English.
Community Healthlink’s Counseling Centers feature services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Our clinics are located in Worcester, Clinton, Fitchburg, Leominster, and Gardner.
We are seeking a candidate for Fee for Service clinician at the Leominster Adult Outpatient Counseling Center for our busy outpatient clinic. The clinic offers individual, group, couples and family psychotherapy, and wellness services. The clinic also provides primary care and wellness services. The Fee for Service Clinician is responsible for direct therapeutic services to adults in individual, family, couple, and group therapy in a manner which respects diversity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered and insured automobile for work related purposes required.
