CHL's DCF Family Support and Stabilization Program, located in Leominster, provides service to families identified by the Department of Children and Families in North Central MA. These services are provided within the home, school, and other community sites as indicated. The team consists of Clinicians, Family Support Workers and Youth Support Workers who provide intensive service and support. The program is designed to be flexible in hours and intensity, focused on the entire family. The team meets with families weekly to work on identified goals.


FT (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinician to:

  • Provide home-based family therapy to clients and families of diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team of service providers.
  • Attend required client meetings.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Follow CHL procedures and protocols.
  • Attend trainings and staff meetings.
  • Complete required client paperwork in a timely manner.



  • MUST be licensed or license eligible as LMHC, LCSW or LICSW
  • Grade 7: Clinician III: Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field required.
  • Clinical license - LMHC, LCSW or LICSW preferred.
  • Grade 8: Clinician IV: Masters Degree and LICSW in the State of Massachusetts. Experience in the area of practice necessary.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in clinical setting working with children, adolescents and families with severe behavioral, social and emotional difficulties.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, ability to work independently and ability to contribute to team objectives required.

  • Proven ability to effectively engage clients, successfully advocate for clients and to work well with other professionals.
  • Comfortable providing home-based services.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills.
  • Ability to use a computer-based information system
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Current valid US-issued driver's license and ability to provide registered, inspected and insured automobile for work-related purposes including transporting clients in your own vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
