Westwinds Clubhouse: Westwinds Clubhouse is a psychosocial model of rehabilitation that provides services to adults who suffer from a mental illness.  The Clubhouse offers a broad spectrum of services including vocational, social, case management, advocacy, housing and education. Clubhouse members choose and pursue their own personal goals and are involved in developing and implementing Clubhouse policies. Members partner with staff in a variety of activities and responsibilities to maintain the operation of the program, including the management of the facility. "Westwinds is a CARF certified program.


  • Acts as a contact/adviser for members, developing their action plans and recovery goals, and documenting progress notes
  • Engages and works alongside members in carrying out Clubhouse operations and responsibilities
  • Facilitates groups that are part of regular in-house programming
  • Provides advocacy for members relative to community resources and develops community linkages
  • Helps members think about long term employment goals, work history, strengths and other factors that relate to a current vocational goal
  • Offers assistance to those members in supported and independent employment positions
  •  Serves as liaison with the business community and provides advocacy for members during job development initiatives
  •  Takes on the role of staff generalist in menu planning, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Transports members to and from the Clubhouse
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned


  • Grade 6: Unit Coordinator II: Bachelor's degree in Human Services with 1 year experience in the field or personal experience required.
  • Current valid US-issued driver's license for work related purposes including transporting clients and the capability of driving a ten seat passenger van
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly urged to apply.
