Westwinds Clubhouse is a non-clinical environment that provides a supportive place for individuals to develop friendships; pursue their job-hunting, educational, and housing goals; and establish community linkages. All staff have generalist roles at Westwinds and are involved in all Clubhouse activities including daily groups, health and wellness programs, meal preparation, and offsite events. Westwinds Clubhouse is a community center open 8:00 am – 4:00 pm that offers individuals with a mental illness, 18 and older, hope and opportunities to achieve their full potential. For over 45 years Westwinds Clubhouse has been a significant participant in improving the quality and enhancement of life for those who struggle with the many forms that mental illness can take.

A relief unit coordinator can work 0-20 hours a week depending on the program’s need. In this flexible position, there are no set shifts, and staff are scheduled or called as needed to cover empty shifts. This gives you the opportunity to help others without the commitment
