    Come join a friendly and diverse team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Infant/Toddler Developmental Specialist in Northern Worcester County, MA.


    The Early Intervention (EI) team provides strength-based, family-centered services for young children under three years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk of a developmental delay.  Services are designed to meet the needs of each infant or toddler, and the needs of their family. The EI team provides services in the home/community setting with the goal of enhancing the child’s physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional and adaptive skills. 


    This position offers a wonderful opportunity to join an expanding multi-disciplinary team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for young children and families. In this role, you will provide evaluations and assessments, therapeutic interventions and service coordination.

    • Provide direct intervention services to children 0-3 and their families
    • Conduct developmental evaluations and assessments
    • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans
    • Coordinate services and act as a resource for children and families
    • Assist in transition planning prior to discharge from the program
    • Attend staff meetings, in-service education and other professional meetings as required
    • Maintain client and administrative records according to center policy
    • Flexible schedule - hours available up to 24 hours a week


    • Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred 
    • Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered and insured automobile for work related purposes, including travel between work sites 
    • Ability to work independently and contribute to overall success of team 
    • Experience working with young children and families 
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills; flexibility 
    • Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply  
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
