Through expansion of Community Healthlink's Medical Services we continue to provide high-quality medical care to individuals who are not necessarily homeless and would benefit from CHL's medical expertise in the management of complex psychosocial and medical problems. Specifically, we aim to provide care to individuals who struggle with the challenge of meeting routine medical needs because of mental illness and/or substance addiction. Our experience and strongly-held values position us to optimize health for these individuals and reduce overall medical costs by providing superior quality, patient centered medical care. Working as an inter-disciplinary team, we will guide the future of primary and behavioral healthcare by contributing to, disseminating and applying current knowledge, and by personalizing health care to meet the needs of each individual.
