Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Residential Counselor at our Worcester site.
Beryl’s House is 25-bed six-month residential treatment program for women in recovery from substance use disorder. Priority is given to women coming directly from a Section 35 referral source, pregnant women, women ages 18-22, and women living with co-occurring disorders. Beryl’s House offers the following supportive services: substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, group therapy, domestic violence counseling, health education, parenting skills development, vocational training, and life skills training.
The Residential Counselor works with clients to assist in activities of daily living and foster a sense of safety in the program. The Residential Counselor runs evidence-based groups, completes required paperwork, and carries a caseload of clients to facilitate the implementation of their treatment plans.
