    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Flexible Support Worker (0-40 hrs/wk) Rehab Specialist in Fitchburg, MA.


    BUDD Day treatment is designed to meet the mental health and social needs of the developmentally disabled person. The program challenges clients to learn about themselves, learn new skills, and achieve their goals. Treatment consists of educational groups, process groups, peer support, individual sessions, and medication visits with our highly skilled psychiatrist. 


    • Work in psychiatric day treatment program for developmentally challenged individuals
    • Organize and lead social skills and coping skills groups centering on concentration on tasks, interpersonal relationships, vocational skills and personal issues.
    • Provide a safe environment and help teach social, emotional and ADL skills to clients.
    • Coordination of client services with program staff and other members of the client treatment team
    • Complete documentation in a timely manner
    • Attend and participate in assigned staff meetings and trainings
    • Client crisis intervention
    • Perform other related job duties required in order to provide quality clinical programming


    • Grade 5: Rehab Specialist I:Minimum of High School Diploma/GED/HiSet or Associates degree required
    • Grade 6: Rehab Specialist II: Bachelors degree required; degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred
    • Experience in psychosocial rehabilitation model preferred
    • Knowledge of the rehabilitation process, including vocational, social and community living skills
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
