    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a flexible support worker (0-40 hrs/wk depending on program need) Administrative Assistant across our Leominster, Worcester, Gardner and Fitchburg sites.

     

    The Gardner/Fitchburg Counseling Center provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults, couples, children, and families. Our clients are receiving therapy for a variety of things including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders and more. Our team of clinicians are dedicated to providing quality integrated, therapeutic interventions to our clients.

     

    The Leominster Adult Outpatient Center provides strength-based individual and group therapy to adults, and couples age 18 and over. We offer integrated, whole person care with primary care, a wellness program, and behavioral health. The Leominster Counseling Center also offers specialized substance use disorder treatment. Our office based opioid treatment offers buprenorphine and vivitrol treatment and we have a Second Offender Alcohol Education program.

     

    The Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary team working with individuals with acute and chronic mental illness, major mental illnesses (such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder), Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders, co-occurring substance use conditions and physical health and developmental conditions.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients professionally
    • Perform check-in and check-out with clients  
    • Complete administrative intake with clients
    • Answer calls and schedule appointments
    • Complete daily reminder calls
    • Complete prior authorizations
    • Verify insurance coverage
    • Complete referrals to specialists
    • Work as a member of the support team
    • Type, copy and scan
    • Assist doctors and clinicians with letters and referrals
    • Maintain calendars, professional meetings, vacations, conferences, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED/HiSet
    • At least 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
