Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) Driver in the Central Massachusetts area. 


PASSages is an intensive, short-term (2-4 week), inpatient treatment program for individuals 18 and older who suffer from substance use disorders but do not require detox. The program provides individual counseling sessions and comprehensive case management services to each client along with at least seven treatment groups per day, run by all team members (residential counselors/recovery specialists, case managers, clinicians, nurses). PASSages is an exciting, dynamic environment in which all members of the multidisciplinary team work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.   • Transport clients to treatment related services such as residential program interviews, court, medical appointments etc. throughout the state.
  • Transport client and their belongings safely to their residential program placement throughout the state.
  • Conduct daily checks of van to maintain cleanliness of vehicle and inspect exterior for damage
  • Work with Program Director to schedule service for van.
  • Provide transportation for any additional program supplies and emergency needs.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, team meetings, and individual supervision.
  • Attend trainings as scheduled
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the program manager


  • High School Diploma/HiSet/GED required
  • Current valid US-issued driver's licence and a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in a company vehicle or personal vehicle
  • Minimum of 1 years human services experience required
  • Ability to collaborate with case managers around upcoming appointments.
  • Demonstrates appropriate and respectful interactions with clients, co-workers and other professionals
  • Demonstrate an understanding of de-escalation skills needed to support clients in their recovery process.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
