Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/wk) Administrative Assistant at our Worcester site.
Families and Communities Together (FCT) seeks to build on family strengths and available support systems to help children with serious emotional disturbance remain in or return to their communities. FCT staff works with the family, child, appropriate state agencies and school staff to develop strategies that help improve child and family functioning.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the FCT program. Duties include: ordering and purchasing of all capital and program equipment and supplies, registration and tracking of youth enrolled in the program in the CHL CareLogic MIS system, submit invoices to accounts payable department, monitor client insurance status and insurance authorizations, and staff the front desk (greeting the public, answering phones).
