PASSages is an intensive, short-term (2-4 week), inpatient treatment program for men and women 18 and older who suffer from substance use disorders but do not require detox. The program provides individual counseling sessions and comprehensive case management services to each client along with at least seven treatment groups per day, run by all team members. PASSages is an exciting, dynamic environment in which all members of the multidisciplinary team work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. The clinician provides psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, individual counseling sessions and discharge plans for a caseload of between 4 and 8 clients per week. They provide group therapy sessions to clients and keep necessary documentation for all client contacts and interventions. They assist other staff in supervising the unit and holding clients accountable to rules and expectations. Clinicians will also attend individual and group supervisions as well as team meetings.

Provide counseling services to clients with substance abuse and mental health issues. This involves facilitating groups, writing behavioral treatment plans, insurance reviews, individual counseling, and participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
