    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Operations Manager in Worcester.

     

    The Transitional Support Services (TSS), is an inpatient treatment program for men and women 18 and older with substance abuse disorders. The program is designed to work with clients on their goals for recovery while preparing them for their next step in treatment. Clients in the program can stay up to 90 days while they are pursuing, accepted or waiting for further placement to a halfway house. The program provides individual case management along with 6 treatment groups per day, run by all team members. TSS is an exciting, dynamic environment in which all members of the team work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.     Responsible for day to day operation of the TSS in accordance with CHL standards, policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Oversee day to day operation of the program in conjunction with the Program Director.
    • Interview and recommend all residential counselors for hire. 
    • Carry a pager to provide staff with support and to ensure program safety during non-business hours and weekends as part of a management rotation. 
    • Participate in Management Team meetings to develop and implement program goals and objectives. 
    • Co-lead staff meetings.
    • Will be responsible for entering client’s data into CMHC and EIM/ESM. 
    • Assist with scheduling, training and supervision of staff and managing the assignment of work duties. 
    • Establish and maintain good working relationships with contracting agencies, community organizations and consumers.

     

    Qualifications

    • HSD/GED/HiSet or Bachelor’s degree with some mental health/substance abuse treatment experience.
    • Supervisory experience a plus.
    • Ability to work well in fast paced environment.
    • Strong team player
