    Come join a friendly and diverse team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Administrative Assistant in Leominster, MA.


    The Early Intervention (EI) team provides strength-based, family-centered services for young children under three years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk of a developmental delay.  Services are designed to meet the needs of each infant or toddler, and the needs of their family. The EI team provides services in the home/community setting with the goal of enhancing the child’s physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional and adaptive skills.

In this role, you will supervise administrative support staff and oversee office functions.

    • Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Program Director, other managers and clinical staff.
    • Insures efficient and integrated functioning of office support tasks (e.g., monitoring insurance billing, processing referrals, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.).
    • Provides supervision for office support staff.
    • Manages correspondence with program stakeholders.
    • Coordinates meeting schedules, outreach activities and special events.
    • Perform other related job duties.



    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Powerpoint & Outlook)
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, HSD/HiSet/Associate Degree required.
    • 2+ Years secretarial or Administrative assistance experience
    • Supervisory experience required.
    • Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
