    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) IT Desktop Support Technician in Leominster, MA.



    Community Healthlink's IS department supports approximately 1,200 staff in multiple locations. This position will work within a team environment to provide data entry support for several Northern Worcester County based programs from a centralized location.

    • Manage CHL Help Desk duties; create/update tickets using ServiceNow and answer calls to the Help Desk.
    • Perform any data entry projects as assigned by the System Administrator.
    • Maintain the levels of IS support set forth by CHL.
    • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to users/staff.
    • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
    • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
    • Update staff data and produce activity reports.
    • Walk customers through problem solving process.
    • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
    • Utilize excellent customer service skills.
    • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of tickets.
    • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements to the System Administrator.
    • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.
    • Participate in weekly team meetings and quality improvement projects.


    • Minimum of High school diploma/GED or HiSet relevant certifications a plus.
    • Background in ServiceNow highly desired.
    • Strong communication skills are a must, including technical writing, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, diverse environment.
    • Strong computer skills are a must; experience with Microsoft Office, knowledge of basic hardware and operating systems terminology.
    • Ability to enter data in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Knowledge and experience in the health care or behavioral health care fields is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills, able to assess, set priorities and prioritize tasks dynamically as needed.
    • Able to follow the policies and procedures, including change control as defined by CHL and MIS.
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
