Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinician to provide In Home Therapy services, along with some work in the Outpatient clinic, at our Leominster site.
The In-Home Therapy team provides strength-based therapy to families, children, and youth under 21 years old who have significant behavioral health needs. The therapist, in collaboration with the Therapeutic Support & Training staff, provides intense and flexible family therapy in the home/community setting with the purpose of improving the youth and family’s functioning in the home setting.
Children’s Outpatient clinic works with youth and families providing therapy, assessments, and consultation working from an inter-disciplinary perspective. The clinician works closely with psychiatry, schools, primary care doctors, and other service providers to provide coordinated care.
