    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Integrated Team Program Director in Worcester.


    Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) is a comprehensive clinically focused service anchored by a multi-disciplinary team that provides clinical coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through an integrated team led by clinical staff.  ACCS serves adults 18 years of age or older with a significant mental health or substance abuse diagnosis.  ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions, employment support and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals residing in all housing settings.   The Persons served through ACCS reside in group living environments, supported individual environments, Intensive clinical or Intensive Medical group living environments or in independent living environments in the community.


    This position will provide the administrative and clinical leadership of the ACCS Integrated Teams as well as the Intensive Clinical and Medical Group Living Environments, to ensure adherence to the ACCS contractual requirements. It will also include provision of assistance and support with the clinical services for Persons served as needed.

    • Provides administrative leadership (Administrator in charge), Supervision of Assistant Program Directors and Specialty Site Managers, and direction of the Integrated Teams and Intensive Group Living Environments.
    • Effectively communicate with all members of the team to ensure that services are delivered in a collaborative, clinically sound, culturally responsive and recovery orientated manner.
    • Maintain and comply with all regulations required for operations; i.e.: DMH Licensing/Rehab Option, DDS, (MAP) Medication Administration Program, HUD, DPH, and WHA. Maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
    • Provide clinical supervision and assist with assessments and treatment planning when Assistant Program Director is unavailable.
    • Collaborate with the program staff, coordinators, and directors to provide clinical support and consultation around Persons who have complex medical needs and who present with heightened symptoms and increased behavioral risks.
    • Work with Peer Specialists to ensure that peer-to-peer counseling and self-help options (particularly WRAP) are promoted and integrated into the ACCS system.
    • Ensure that the best practices of care such as Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change:  Self Sufficiency Matrix, Harm Reduction, Housing First, WRAP, etc. are integrated.


    • Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) required
    • LICSW or LMHC required
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in community mental health and five years’ experience in management.
    • Knowledge and experience with trauma informed care, evidence-based practices, psychosocial rehabilitation model and recovery principles.
    • Current valid US-issued drivers license and a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in a personal vehicle or company van and travel between work sites
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
