    Come join a friendly and diverse team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Office Coordinator at our Worcester site.

     

    Beryl’s House is 25-bed six-month residential treatment program for women in recovery from substance use disorder. Priority is given to women coming directly from a Section 35 referral source, pregnant women, women ages 18-22, and women living with co-occurring disorders. Beryl’s House offers the following supportive services: substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, group therapy, domestic violence counseling, health education, parenting skills development, vocational training, and life skills training.

     

    Faith House is a 25-bed six-month residential treatment program that serves women in recovery from substance use disorder. The program provides a variety of rehabilitative services where a team of staff implement treatment plans based on the specific needs of persons served. Services include: substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, group therapy, domestic violence counseling, health education, parenting skills development, vocational training, and life skills training.

     

    Orchard Street is a 12-family residential treatment program located in Leominster that serves women in recovery from substance use disorder and their children. This program aims to provide a safe, supportive recovery community that will promote a sense of empowerment, family healing, and life skills essential for women and their children to stabilize and lead drug free, productive lives. A team of staff provides on-site individual, group and family therapy as well as comprehensive children’s services and substance use disorder treatment to promote recovery.

    Responsibilities

    • Completing the financial aspects of client intake including verification of insurance coverage, obtaining any necessary authorizations, input into BUI/CMHC system, enrollment in Provider Connect for MBHP clients
    • Routine REVS checking to verify continued insurance coverage
    • Coordination with Patient Accounts Department and IT to assure the appropriate service documentation is submitted to Patient Accounts to assure timely billing to insurance sources
    • Any needed data entry into CHL third party billing system
    • Producing needed reports to allow Program Directors to monitor the status of client enrollment and related information.
    • Supervises and schedules or performs essential front office functions
    • Ensures that computer forms for Intakes are complete and correct and required standards regarding paperwork are met
    • Data entry is accomplished in an accurate and timely manner
    • Treatment fees are collected at the time of service and sent to the Finance office
    • Works with the QMC of RES Recovery Services to ensure treatment and documentation supports billing
    • Performs EIM/ESM intake, enrollment, disenrollment and billing for Faith House, Beryl's House, and Orchard Street Family Treatment Program.
    • Must be familiar with 3rd party billing with CMHC and Qualifacts systems
    • .Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Grade 5: Office Coordinator-Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED/HiSet or Associates; Bachelors degree preferred
    • Experience and or training in general office procedures
    • Must be familiar with 3rd party billing with CMHC and Qualifacts systems.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Thorough knowledge of office systems and office management and computer literacy including Microsoft systems
    • Working knowledge of health care systems.
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
