    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinical Director at our Worcester site.


    Beryl’s House is 25-bed six-month residential treatment program for women in recovery from substance use disorder. Priority is given to women coming directly from a Section 35 referral source, pregnant women, women ages 18-22, and women living with co-occurring disorders. Beryl’s House offers the following supportive services: substance use disorder treatment, mental health counseling, group therapy, domestic violence counseling, health education, parenting skills development, vocational training, and life skills training.


    The Clinical Director oversees clinical operation of the program and provides clinical supervision as well as training to program staff. The Clinical Director also completes comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and discharge & aftercare plans for all clients served. Additionally, the Clinical Director oversees the admission & referral process for new clients and serves as a liaison between other agencies to provide quality coordination of care.     • Oversight of 15 bed SUD Treatment Program
    • Managing referrals/maintaining census
    • Assessment
    • Treatment planning
    • Discharge/Aftercare planning
    • Managing Aftercare component
    • Staff training/supervision
    • Managing client review at weekly staff meeting
    • Collaborating with clinical collaterals
    • Medication management
    • Completing authorizations for billing
    • Clinical Group facilitation
    • Oversee Residential Counselor (RC) group facilitation
    • Oversee RC treatment documentation 
    • Crisis management


    • Master's Degree in Human Services related field
    • Must have one of the following licenses: LADC I, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
    • Knowledge of addiction and twelve step recovery
    • Able to provide trauma informed care
    • Good organizational skills
    • Ability to work as a member of a team to ensure sound clinical treatment
    • Must have 2 years supervisory experience 
    • Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes, including transporting clients in your own vehicle or company vehicle 
    • Must be able to pass a CORI (Criminal Offender Background Check) and a DCF/CPS (Department of Families Adam Walsh/Child Protective Services background check)
