    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Program Director in Worcester, MA.



    Community Healthlink’s Community Support Program (CSP) provides short term, intensive outreach and case management services to support individuals at risk of repeated psychiatric hospitalizations and/or inpatient substance abuse treatment admissions. CSP services are flexible and based on individual needs, but focus primarily on helping clients overcome challenges with establishing and maintaining access to health care, community based resources, and social/peer supports.


    The CSP Director will manage the CSP program and provide clinical oversight and supervision to bachelor’s level CSP case management staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a community healthcare setting and have a working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders, as well as some knowledge of models of care integration and care management.

    Weekly clinical supervision to meet clinical licensing requirements


    • Provide group and direct one on one supervision to the CSP Team.
    • Provide administrative and clinical oversight and supervision to CSP case managers.
    • Provide training and coaching to CSP staff in completing needs assessments, strength based, person centered service plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries according to the CSP specifications.
    • Develop & maintain relationships with both internal and external referring providers and payors.
    • Maintain working knowledge of reimbursement policies and procedures for all payors.
    • Coordinate referral processes and assign clients to case managers.
    • Demonstrate effective communication with consumers, staff, peers and other professionals.
    • Performs duties using recovery oriented principles.
    • Model person centered, strength based communication with staff and consumers.
    • Maintain knowledge of and ability to work effectively with community based resources, referral networks, and public/private systems of care. 


    •  Must have a Masters degree and an independent license in MA (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)
    • Must have a minimum of two years experience
    • Previous supervisory experience required
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and confidence
    • Able to exercise good judgment and is creative and proactive
    • Be flexible and able to multi-task
    • Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including travel between work sites
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
