    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Administrative Manager in Worcester.

     

    Community Healthlink’s Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program is a new, innovative Care Management approach for MassHealth members with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs who are part of the new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and or a Managed Care Organization (MCO). 

     

    Multidisciplinary BHCP teams will play a key role in providing high quality integrated care; functioning as a bridge between clients, behavioral health providers and medical providers. Team members will use their expertise to support individuals to navigate health and social systems in order to help members address social determinants health, and improve overall quality of life and health.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide supervision and oversee other assigned administrative and front desk staff. Including assistance with hiring, training and providing annual reviews.
    • Assist administrative team with confidential documentation in support of specific program needs and requirements.
    • Assure confidentiality of staff and client records.
    • Provide support to the program to ensure that program is provided with the resources to make effective decisions
    • Maintain and update Policy and Procedure Manual for program as requested and instructed to by the Program Director.
    • Type staff minutes, all memos and other typing as requested by the Program Director
    • Maintain files for staff certification and coordinate with personnel.
    • Prepare documents and reports on the computer.
    • Work with CHL report writer and managers so that reports are run in a timely fashion
    • Be able to access to the extent permitted, the Electronic Record in order to verify or update information.
    • Supervise distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
    • Answer phones, triage calls to appropriate staff and/or managers.
    • Respond to callers, as appropriate, in a timely manner.
    • Approve and order clerical and janitorial supplies as well as track and distribute billing and insurance authorizations as necessary.
    • Maintain and comply with agency, state and insurance regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED/HiSet; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Previous administrative management experience and familiar with contract and account management
    • Strong computer systems skills in Word processing and Spreadsheet computer software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point,etc.).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and reception desk management
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills needed
    • Team Player
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
