Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Crisis Specialist at our Leominster site.
The Communications and Triage Department serves over 30 cities and towns in Central Massachusetts, providing 24/7 intervention to individuals of all ages facing acute behavioral health and substances abuse crises. Crisis Specialists work with clients and community partners, providing telephonic intervention, verbal de-escalation, and assistance in finding a variety of resources to address each individual’s needs. They engage in collaborative work with clients, family members, Master’s-Level Clinicians, hospitals, schools, police departments, insurance companies, and various other community entities to ensure client’s most acute needs are met as quickly as possible. Crisis Specialists work in an exciting and fast-paced environment as critical members of the Emergency Services Program.
