    Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Clinician of PACT 3 in Northern Worcester County.


    The Program for Assertive Community Treatment, or PACT, is an intensive and highly integrated evidence based practice for community mental health services. Our team serves 80 individuals age 18 + who struggle with serious and persistent mental illness and whose symptoms result in serious functioning difficulties in several major areas of life, often including work, social relationships, residential independence, money management, and physical health and wellness.


    Unlike other community-based programs, PACT 3 is not a linkage case-management program that connects individual’s services. Rather, it provides highly individualized services directly to clients. PACT is multi-disciplinary team model who whose goals are to support clients to reduce hospitalizations and to restore and enhance the emotional well-being and level of social functioning of clients. Services are provided in clients’ own homes and communities and are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. This program serves clients in Worcester and its surrounding areas.

    Clinician sought for busy community outreach team supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness.  The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a community outreach, multidisciplinary team, working with individuals in the community to work toward recovery based goals.


    The Lead Clinician is responsible for some supervision of staff and would have responsibilities which include but are not exclusive to:

     Providing therapeutic interventions in the form of person-centered, individual therapy to assist person served in actualizing their goals.

    • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team carrying a case load of clients and working with the program director to oversee the program
    • Completing intakes and all required documentation in a timely manner.
    • Assisting clients in learning skills/coping strategies that support recovery.
    • Familiar with evidence based clinical practices (i.e. harm reduction, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, etc.).
    • Assisting individuals with activities of daily living, housing and vocational support.
    • Liaison with medical providers and other community supports including the Department of Mental Health.


    • Master’s degree in social services or similar field.
    • Must be independently licensed in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) or license eligible
    • A minimum of 2 years working in field with adults with mental illness
    • Some knowledge dual diagnosis and community outreach experience or a desire to do community outreach.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment a must.
    • Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide registered, inspect and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in your own vehicle or a company vehicle      
    • Must be able to pass a CORI background check
