MYR – Motivating Youth Recovery: MYR is a 23-bed acute detoxification and stabilization program (up to 30 days) for adolescents 13-17. The program provides medically monitored detoxification, comprehensive assessment and diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare planning and referral. MYR is a family-centered, strengths-based model that will introduce and engage the adolescent and family members to recovery. MYR through its existing connections to community services for adolescents statewide, will develop comprehensive ongoing treatment planning that will provide continued support and treatment for the adolescent and family upon returning to their community. The program is licensed by The Massachusetts’ Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Abuse Services.  A master level clinical director, nurses, master level clinicians, case managers and residential counselors staff the program.  The program has 24-hour access to consulting physicians and 2 part-time psychiatrists.

Thayer Detox is an acute, intensive, inpatient treatment program for men and women 18 and older who suffer from substance use disorders. The program provides individual comprehensive case management services to each client along with at least four treatment groups per day, run by all team members (residential counselors/recovery specialists, case managers, clinicians, nurses).    Detox also has  an EATS Program ( Enhanced Acute Treatment Services) within this level of care that supports individuals also dealing with active sysmptoms of their mental illness. Services include daily individual counseling as well as a psychiatric consultation with an MD or NP.    Detox is an exciting, dynamic environment in which all members of the multidisciplinary team work together to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. PBHCI-The primary and behavioral health care integration program (PBHCI) provides access to a primary care physician (PCP) in our outpatient clinic for our consumers with severe and persistent mental illness who are not currently connected to a PCP.  The PBHCI model includes nurse care managers who will coordinate care with the behavioral and primary care providers, perform wellness assessments, develop wellness treatment plans and develop and facilitate wellness activities.

Community Healthlink’s Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program is a new, innovative Care Management approach for MassHealth members with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs who are part of the new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and or a Managed Care Organization (MCO).     Multidisciplinary BHCP teams will play a key role in providing high quality integrated care; functioning as a bridge between clients, behavioral health providers and medical providers. Team members will use their expertise to support individuals to navigate health and social systems in order to help members address social determinants health, and improve overall quality of life and health.   The BHCP LPN Care Manager is a core member of the collaborative care team which includes the enrollee’s medical providers and behavioral health providers, and is responsible for supporting and coordinating the mental and physical health care of enrollees assigned. The LPN Care Manager works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure engaged enrollee’s needs are met and care delivery is coordinated across the continuum.

Highland Grace House day program is specifically for girls who seek long-term recovery from their addiction to drugs and/or alcohol.   Highland Grace House is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed for 15 girls. Girls must be between 13 and 17 years of age. The placement is voluntary and family involvement is mandatory; the use of addictive medications is prohibited.   Highland Grace House is staffed by a team of professionals that include: A Program Director, an Educational Coordinator, 2 Master's-level Clinicians, an Aftercare Coordinator, and Rehab Counselors. On-site staffing is provided 24-hours per day, 7 days per week by residential counselors.   On-site services include: - Academic instruction. - Group therapy. - Psychoeducational groups, such as substance abuse prevention, relapse prevention skills, health education, and social skills development. Attendance in group is mandatory and is a major part of the recovery process.
